The Sequoia Center provides confidential and professional services for those seeking treatment for Chemical Dependency. Our Assessment Team coordinates with referrers, healthcare providers and other resources to assist individuals and their families in obtaining the highest quality of care. Each client participates in a confidential assessment with an experienced Assessment Specialist. The assessment appointment, which lasts approximately one hour, concludes with treatment recommendations for the client and family. This may include in-house treatment options, such as a recommended level of care, and/or community based resources or referrals that may be helpful. Names and phone numbers of appropriate cultural, financial and age-appropriate clinical, medical and self-help resources may be provided.

Intervention Services

The Sequoia Center has a qualified Intervention Specialist to perform an Intervention for families seeking help.  We are available to do the Intervention in your home, in an office, or on our premises.  This is a fee-for-service offer with a skilled Interventionist certified to provide help to families anywhere in the country. Admission

Admission is a three-step process. Taking the courage to contact us is the first step in changing your life! Our Intake staff will answer your questions before setting up an in-house assessment with an Assessment Specialist, the second step. After all clinical and financial questions have been addressed to your satisfaction, the last step is an admission date to begin your road to healthy recovery! The client will begin meeting with his/her Case Manager, and the family members will meet with their assigned Family Therapist. Treatment begins with your willingness to contact us for a FREE assessment to learn about treatment options. 

Financial Information

The Sequoia Center is contracted with ALL major insurance carriers, except Kaiser, MediCal and Medicare. Due to the nature of the various types of plans available, our Assessment Specialists will use your insurance card information to clearly inform you of your exact plan coverage. We also take private payments for those without insurance, or those who do not wish to use their insurance for personal reasons. Full financial disclosure before treatment begins is provided for you and your family to determine the best treatment options.
